Don't know much about the school (I don't care to). However, as a Chicago resident, I've heard that it is a very good school in the arena of psychology education. Their PhD in Organizational Leadership, which is offered in an online/blended, and in the traditional face-2-face model, is $1115 per credit hour (excluding fees). High tuition schools/programs are just out of my financial reach. This is why I do not care to know more about this school, or other similar schools (there are few doctoral granting high-tuition schools in the Chicago area). This is why DL is a life-saver for some of us.

I sent an inquiry but I've been inundated ever since. Seriously though, they are local-ish for me and I considered them for a while but the price was a factor.

I was looking at the Graduate Certificate in Consumer Psychology. It is 3 classes and cost $2,700 per class. Interesting topic and ties into my corporate job (building customer loyalty stuff)

They have a fairly good reputation as far as I know. There is another professional psychology school in Chicago called Adler which is worth checking out too. I believe they have some online programs in counseling... if that is what you are interested in.

Aha... I didn't read enough to see your post on the cert. I'm sure that it's great... but $2700 per class seems pretty expensive. Also, I am sure that their masters is pretty good. Have you read any reviews by past/current students?

I love consumer psychology- seriously- a top 10 favorite of mine. If I recall, I spoke to a male advisor and he was from the business school. I think I inquired about the industrial psych program- but they all start to run together after a few years. Anway, I have an undergrad in social science and he was pretty strongly suggesting that it was only for those with business undergrads.

Customer psychology, very relevant to the foodservice industry. Maybe I'll give them another look now that I'm in the market for a new degree :)
