Hello all, This was my original thread back in 2014: https://www.degreeinfo.com/index.php?threads/phd-history-church-history.45054/#post-454345 In June 2018 I graduated with my Ph.D. in Historical Theology from the University of the Free State. Ehenes pointed me in this direction, and I am forever thankful. I submitted a couple of proposals in 2014. My advisor left the university in 2015. However, I gained a new advisor and officially started in January 2016. This was quite the experience. I have been in school for ten years straight between my undergraduate and graduate degrees. This forum was helpful throughout the entire time. I think I may have hobbies now and actually post on here. Thank you for all of your advice. Thank you, ehenes.
A lot of dedicated hard work. Congratulations on finishing your Doctorate but also, doing it at a school that is unaccustomed to the DL/online modality.
