I have asked about a BSCS vs a BSIT before. This questions is a little different. I found a degree called a Bachelor of science in applied science and technology with a major in computer science technology (wow what a title)
It has everything a BSCS does.. what I mean is .. it has discrete structure, algorithms, operating systems, compiler theory, Computer architecture.. etc..
I am concerned about the title.. do you guys think that employers would perceive this as a lesser degree due to the title?

Also can anyone comment on the quality of TESC?

Although BS in CS, IT, IS, or MIS are more common I do not believe the degree title will pose as a major obstacle. The dully is regionally accredited and the degree plus the skills you bring to the table will be what is important to land an IS related position.
