Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning Institute (India)

The Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning Institute offers postgraduate certificates and postgraduate diplomas in a wide variety of fields, such as business, psychological counselling, and finance.

Fees for PGCs & PGDs seem to run around the $1,200 - 1,700 range. Details are included on each certificate or diploma's page. There is also a $100 application for most every program I looked at.
