How exactly did they stage that one? ;)

I knew there was another one:

Indiana Wesleyan University has an EdD in Organizational Leadership that requires eight day residencies in three consecutive summers, and six one day residencies throughout the intervening two years.

It's Christian, but probably less in-your-face about it as Liberty and Regent are said to be.

Also, given their web address, I assume it's the only doctoral program they offer and plan to offer in the near future. I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing -- probably depends on personal preference.

Excellent list! I've also been looking at the Institute of Education at the University of London. They offer a variety of doctoral programs. While their PhD by research is very pricy, their EdD seems more reasonable, $31,562.44 for the entire four year program at current exchange rates for an overseas student.

The question is whether one can do the program at a distance or failing that via short residencies. I have inquired and will report any response.
