I'm interested in designing my own master's degree program that I can pursue by independent study. Something like UECU used to do for doctoral programs. Ideally, I'd like to design the entire thing, but would accept a leadership-based curriculum with a substantial self-designed portion (so I can introduce study regarding another theory). I know about Lesley's program, but I'm looking for others. What I don't want is an interdisciplinary program where one simply selects coursework; I want to design the degree program by some sort of learning contract. Any other ideas besides Lesley?
Charter Oak State College is working on something like this, with a very flexible concentration in Organizational Leadership, but it's not available yet. -=Steve=-
Mountain State University, in West Virginia. This one is in Interdisciplinary Studies, but it is self-designed. I once considered this one myself. Mountain State University
