Out of curiosity, how did you compile this list?

UI1 is also not the only Spanish university to do this sort of thing. Universidad Europea del Atlántico, Catholic University of Murcia, Universidad a Distancia de Madrid, and Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes do, among others.

It's also interesting that all of their listed partners are in Spain. I wonder whether that's a requirement, or just a consequence of their marketing.

If I take a look at the partners of UCAM, for example (https://www.ucam.edu/estudios/partners), I see a lot of international ones. UCAM offers even doctorates with partnerships - so, likely, it is not a requirement.

UCAM, Universidad Isabel I, and Azteca seem to have a lot of validation agreements. I thought for a long time that Azteca was the only one validating degrees and only used UCN to convert all degrees earned to fully recognized official degrees. I wonder would UCAM or Universidad Isabel I accept money under the table to certify/validate non-accredited degrees or programs when requested like Azteca does.

From the list above, anyone try foreign academic evaluations for them, besides ENEB of course?

Better than UNIVERSIDAD EUNEIZ, which presents ‘online’ on its certificates.

It's a good thing that's only uncharitable idle speculation, because if it were a claim it would be an extraordinary one, to put it mildly.

I’m particularly interested in Structuralia. They offer some nice Master’s programs in English—which is great since I don’t speak Spanish. As far as I can tell, Structuralia is also the only institution on the list that provides engineering and engineering-related programs. It might be worth doing a quick search to see which other schools on the list offer programs in English as well.

In Spain: Yes, UI1 is an officially recognized private university in Spain. It’s accredited by the Spanish Ministry of Education.
In other countries: Recognition depends on the destination country. Most European countries recognize degrees from accredited EU universities under the Bologna Process. However, outside the EU, recognition varies depending on local regulations and bilateral agreements.
    Value of evaluation by UI1:
    The value is typically:
Nationally valid for continuing studies or employment in Spain.

Internationally, it depends on whether the receiving institution or employer accepts it. In many cases, you may need a credential evaluation by a recognized authority (like WES in the U.S. or NARIC in the EU).

And a law degree that can qualify me to get an LLM in the US?

Isabel is a great option for continuing education or to get credits to maintain a license or to learn something new. Another option that is cheap and accredited is https://www.masstercursos.com/ that grants a University of the nations degree from Mexico that is also a recognized propio degree. I was able to use credits from this school to maintain a license in Canada because it was accredited. A university of Toronto course is in the thousands of dollars range while mastercursos (universidad de las naciones) degree is few hundred dollars, it can do the job for continuing education.
However, I also have noticed few people abusing the ENEB degrees with few people adding more than 10 masters degrees from this school in a linkedin profile (e.g. Dr Tan with 16 degrees from ENEB https://www.linkedin.com/in/tankwanhong/details/education/).
If a prospect employer notices someone with 16 degrees from ENEB, this might give an indication that is not a very serious degree so I would advise to be cautious and not too abuse them. I have few propio degrees that were earned with some effort but do not compare with a traditional Masters degree in effort so I list them as masters certificates. I wouldn't feel comfortable listing them as Masters degrees as I know people here in Canada that sweat 2 years full time to earn one while these programs can be completed in few months with part time effort.

I think Dr. Tan's linkedin profile is a good source of cheaper propio degrees from different institutions. He has an incredible number of propio degrees from online schools, this can be a source for those that want to earn similar credentials but it also discourages you as it seems that earning one propio degree is insignificant as someone can earn more than hundred in a short period of time.

I think a casual observer will just assume that someone claiming 16 Master's degrees is lying, regardless of which school they're from. Either way, I agree with you that it's a boneheaded thing to put on a LinkedIn profile or resume/CV.

Isn't that the case, though? Serious question, it does seem like people are earning these with very short study. I'd estimate my Eastern MS was around 600 hours of work (~10 hours a week for 14 months plus crunch time for my final project), while my Quantic MBA was perhaps 300 hours of work. (5 hours a week for 12 months plus some additional time spent working on the major group projects and papers over 12 months.)

If someone can earn five MBA's from ENEB in the same 12 months it took me to earn one, how many hours can they be spending on each one?

A similar deal of propio degrees at low cost is https://agenciauniversitariadq.online/. Masstercursos works with them. Some of their universities are more credible because they have campus and are not just online universities. I earned one degree from this place for 100 bucks, you don't pay the listed price, just register and at some point will send you a code for a 100 dlls deal. The program comes with a fair number of lectures and videos and the work requires mainly MC exams and some essays, this is not so different from ENEB except that they don't offer the one exam deal. It took me about 3 months to complete a program with about 3 to 4 hrs effort a week. I enjoyed the subject and I am a fast learner so perhaps a 6 month time frame is more realistic for a regular learner. I believe they give you about a year to complete.

Once you complete it, you will get a certificate from DQ that you can exchange for a degree from a bunch of universities they have in their catalog for about 100 euros. The deal is better because they give you a transcript signed by the president of the granting university which is enough to show that you hold a valid degree. My problem with Isabel is that they do not grant transcripts as it is printed in back of the diploma, ENEB issues transcripts but they are not accredited so their transcript is not so useful.

As DQ Universities are accredited in their respective countries (Mexico, Argentina, etc), the degrees can be used but with limitations as they are propio degrees so they cannot be used for licensing purposes or other purposes where the degree needs to be official.
Notice that in Latin America, official and accredited are two different things. A degree can be accredited but not official (propio). These are meant to be continuing education diplomas but not meant to train you to practice a profession unlike the US or Canada where an accredited Masters can grant you the right to practice a profession. The abuse comes many times from the ignorance on how the two systems work.
