Hi , I'm looking to get a Bachelor's degree to begin with and then go for Physical Therapist. Since I'm living overseas now, I would love to get the degree as fast as possible and since I'm running out of Clep and Dantes options, I'm starting online with UMUC. But, they hardly have anything medical, so here's my question: What would be a good school and would it be possible getting a Bachelor's degree in Science online? Well, you should take the advice of Ken Willig, former Instructor and Director of the Institute of Entrepreneurship at City University: Begin with the end in mind. Since you want to be a physical therapist, find out whether you can do that with the Master of Physical Therapy degree or whether that might now require a Doctor of Physical Therapy. There seems to be a trend nowadays that most health care professions are moving towards the doctoral level qualification as the degree of entry into the field. Find out which schools offer said degrees which you will eventually need and look at their admissions requirements until you have "backed up in time" to where you are now in your educational history.
