And, "all HBAP courses are noncredit courses" so there isn't an exit or continuation option that gains you anything. What is appealing for many certificate programs, at least for me, is that there is usually an option to continue on to the MA/MS because each of the certificate courses are awarded credit and can be applied at that school or transferred to a different one if you decide to do so.

    HBAP is very expansive.
I speculate how fast one may find a related job with such certificate and what is the return on investment?

There are programs from name recognized universities that are more afordible.
One such program is from eCornelle for 3600 USD.
Maybe not on the same level as Harvard certificate program but can serve as entry level in to the field or knowledge enrichment.

A $50K+ cert. with no academic credit? Not for the masses - only for those already wealthy - or nearly so. From the blurb: "Nearly sixty percent of students hold a director-level position or higher." This is not to get you to the pinnacle - it's a hat-feather for those already there.

I'm going back to perusing the Rolls-Royce ads. ... and maybe nip out for lottery tickets.
