Seems to be the same ranking from last year

I have never been to Africa but I have a love affair with schools in South Africa. University of Cape Town at 161 is pretty cool. I stand corrected but if you are accepted at UCT as an external student the cost is less than UNIZA. I believe it is the same for the other schools.
Maybe Aspen has a South African campus?
