So that was a bit of a surprise, given who Purdue Global used to be (Kaplan).

The question is, does anyone have a site that has information about credit expirations?

Some have mentioned ABET, but I don't think that's the case. WGU didn't care and they're ABET, same with Brandman, same with Columbia Southern. So I figure it's a school thing, but it'd be good to know which ones to avoid...because I frankly don't think College Algebra has changed between now and 5 years ago.

I don't think that there's any one site that collects that kind of information. But you can sometimes find that information buried on the website somewhere. For instance, TESU only cares for courses that are in the AOS and that's not even for every degree. Really old algebra credits would be okay, really old computer science credits could only be used as general electives.

WGU, Brandman, and Columbia Southern do not have ABET accreditation.

Are you applying for a degree in a technical discipline? I think standard policy for technology credits at many schools is 5 years. Both because technology changes but also because math skills are perishable and 5 years later, you may have forgotten enough College Algebra that you'll need to refresh it. For example, at Bellevue "Technology or math credits must not be more than 5 years old" https://catalog.bellevuecollege.edu/preview_program.php?catoid=1&poid=114&returnto=18

That's interesting. Arizona State took almost all of my credits from the early 1990s (not in a technical discipline though).

It’s not that Purdue Global ignores credits after 5 years.

It’s that Purdue Global requires at least 60 of your credits to have been completed within the past 5 years.

I transferred 60 credits that are 15-20 years old to Purdue Global last week that can count towards a degree. The other 60 credits must have been completed within the past 5 years. Purdue Global actually accepted ALL 150+ of my transfer credits (15-20 year old credits), but the requirement is that 60 of the 120 total credits to get their BA must be <5 years old. So, I need another 60 credits as my credits are mostly all old.
