I have never heard of Bacone College, but if someone has some or all or those certs, IIRC, they can get credit directly from Charles Sturt University (Australia) and from Excelsior College as well (and perhaps the other two schools comprising the Big Three). As for going through Bacone College, there's no guarantee another school would accept the credits. It looks to me like this company (very strange that it has a .org URL), claims to offer preparation to take the exams so there's apparently no need to go through them to get credit.
I could not find any information related to this on the Bacone college's website. I sent an email to the Bacone college. Let's see their response.
Btw, Bacone College seems to be RA - see (Accreditation) and (Directory of HLC Institutions). I am not sure about their affiliation with CyberLearningIndia though.
