17 Republicans vote to restore lapsed Obamacare subsidies

Seventeen Republicans joined Democrats in passing legislation Thursday that would revive enhanced Affordable Care Act subsidies for three years, rebuffing opposition from GOP leadership.

The 230-196 vote follows a procedural vote Wednesday to advance the bill, where nine Republicans joined Democrats in favor of moving forward.

Thursday’s final passage vote had eight additional Republicans supporting the bill, including House Homeland Security Chair Andrew Garbarino of New York and Rep. David Joyce of Ohio, a senior appropriator.

“The Senate could put together a product that could ultimately get sent back over to the House that we can then conference on and hopefully move across the finish line,” said Rep. Rob Bresnahan (R-Pa.), who supported the Democratic-led bill.

According to Trump they only have the concepts of a plan, which is apparently a top secret plan because it hasn't ever been made public or shared.

The question is what will the Senate do?

I think that the Congress vote is a positive development.
Senate Majority Leader John Thune has stated there is "no appetite" for the House bill as-is, and the chamber previously rejected a similar extension last month.
Bipartisan talks are underway among senators for a scaled-back compromise, potentially a two-year extension with income caps, health savings account shifts, and restrictions like no federal funding for abortions.

Except in cases of life endangerment, rape, or incest, federal funding for abortion has been illegal since 1977.

Teacher: Have you completed your assignment?
Student: I have concepts of a completed assignment.
Teacher: Well, you lose credit for being late. Can you at least tell me what you've been working on?
    Student: No.
Teacher: But you said you have concepts....?
    Student: Yes.
    Teacher: So, what are they?
    Student: Quiet, piggy.

Republicans have been passing an amendment to the federal budget every year since 1980 making federal funding for abortions illegal.

The teacher–student example made me laugh — a classic, but from another era.
Today’s students already have tomorrow’s homework finished before the teacher even gives the assignment. (Another discussion, a real problem teachers and schools are struggling with - the use of AI).
As for having full plans from just concepts of plans? Easy. The FAI agents can even create the concepts themselves in real time — plans from concepts, concepts from nothing, and results before anyone has a chance to ask for them. ;)
