These are no longer timely, but they're funny as heck.

They had enough room, they should have drawn in Reagan and Bush Sr. as well.

For our Canadians, regarding the federal election there that just concluded. From what I could see, this is hilariously accurate:

When powered by hydro, nuclear, solar, or wind, then one could argue that electric cars are green. But it still takes so much energy to make a car in the first place that it's probably greener to buy an old one and keep it in good repair than to buy even the greenest new car.

Cows, pigs and other farm livestock in Europe are producing more greenhouse gases every year than all of the bloc’s cars and vans put together, when the impact of their feed is taken into account, according to a new analysis by Greenpeace.

The single change one can make to reduce one's carbon footprint is adopt a vegan lifestyle. But even among those who say they're environmentalists, few are willing to walk the walk.

This one is not exactly political (maybe workplace politics?) but got my attention:

Maybe he can get the Stans back into the fold with a "Bishkek Pact." Because the western former SSRs (except the leadership of Belarus) and the former Warsaw Pact states want nothing to do with Russia. Not even Bulgaria.

Russia is a nuclear threat still. And it is somewhat of a regional threat. But that's about it. Their economy ranks 11th in the world, just ahead of South Korea's. That's why Biden's decision to confront them where they're weaker (economically) and not stronger (militarily) was the right one. The oligarchs pushed out the Soviets. They'll do the same to Putin, if necessary.

Really, Lerner? You, posting a cartoon with a shadowy Jewish puppet master trope? I know Israel doesn't revoke citizenships, but sheesh!

Lerner believes whole heartedly, for the most part, in the lies spread by Fox News and company. For example, the silly lie that the January 6 insurrection was caused by Antifa. Hannity, Ingraham and company were pushing this lie right after they pleaded in private with Trump to tell his followers to go home.
