Hi Tony - You might want to be a little more descriptive of what you consider to be "related." Also, are you only interested in US RA programs or are you open to non-US or non-RA alternatives?

I'm looking for anything that includes a study of criminology or criminal justice. For example, the University of the Rockies program is a PsyD with a concentration in CJ and the NCU program is a DBA. The Henley-Putnam program is DETC accredited and in strategic security. I'm not concerned with the type of accreditation or country of origin. Anything related to CJ that's not a scam will work.

Retirecop's posting made me wonder what was available beyond the master's for CJ professionals, since so many leave their careers in midlife and could really make good use of a doctorate program. I'm thinking there may be a lot of talent in need of a challenge.

The University of Leicester offers a Master's in Criminology and in Criminal justice.

At the time we sold our school marketing business to Pearson, 1998, we were on the verge of making an arrangement to represent this program in the US and Canada. I was awfully impressed, on my two visits to their facilities. Like Leicester's Master's in Training, they were quite willing to add modules to make the course content relevant to people in other countries.

Charles Sturt University in Australia has two Doctoral degree programs that you might want to take a peek at. The first is the Doctor of Police Leadership and the second is the Doctor of Policing and Security.

I think that one of the other major Australian universities has a big Distance Learning program that could be relevant to your interests. My memory tells me that it's more about Terrorism and Security but maybe that's OK for you. If I have some time I'll sprint through those sites (there's only about a dozen) and check it out.

Kizmet might be referring to Edith Cowan who has a Doctorate in Law, Justice, and Criminology. This is a great thread. :two thumbs up:

**EDIT** I apologize this program isn't online. I guess I'm tired. I've seen another one though like Kizmet suggests. In my search for a masters without a bachelors last year I know I saw a few. I'll go back to digging for it.
