I have no doubt someone will give you a copy. But that someone isn't me, and I've not authorized such a transfer. That still makes you as a thief.

As for your comments about the work, do you really think anyone cares what you say? You're not qualified anyway, not to mention your single-minded hatred as demonstrated in your posts. Knock yourself out.

This was received in the USA early this week and your dissertation is on its way to NZ.

You've been asked a simple question: Where did you purchase it? Normally, such a question would be considered innocuous. But you've enflamed the entire issue with your antics--including refusing to disclose this simple fact! Considering it is not available for purchase from any legal source, and considering you won't refute that by revealing a legitimate source, one can only conclude that you are not telling the truth. If you are, you can clear it up with a simple statement.

 

He may have a doctorate from American Coastline from the days before the Russian connection but he is hardly their representative. He rarely uses it, never recently.

Peter is one of Rich'es special friends. He was banned here for no discernable reason.

 

Is Peter banned? I thought Bill said he did no such thing.

As for "using" a degree, he hasn't renounced it. He hasn't turned it back in. Oh, and it's "them," not "it." He's claimed two, one from ACU and one from Summit. Then there was some recent chatter from Peter about being assessed for a third one, or something like that.

Interesting that you would, once again, invoke my name in a post that otherwise has nothing to do with me. Turn it off, already.

You were whining to Dr. Hayes about stealing your dissertation. The one you whined most about was Peter French. I brought up his name to add to the conversation. Someone asked who Peter French was. I had to give a glimpse of the past relationship. Sort of an ice breaker for further posts.

I am very familiar with the exchanges between Bruce and Peter and if he isn't banned outright, he is left without access - same thing.

 

Peter French is definitely unable to post at DegreeInfo. He has been unable to post for many months. Having now mentioned this, Bruce will no doubt let him post - just to keep on side with

What would happen if say Cal Coast, Cal Pacific, Fairfax Uni, and few of the so called legitimate unaccredited institutions starts a law suits against ODA? Would ODA win? Or will legitimate unaccredited ones rain victorious? It would be interesting to see.

I don’t think ODA got its act together. Would anyone of the fellow surfers of this site know if anyone started suing ODA for its listing?

If they sued ODA, they win.

Remember, Florida attempted a law alike to Oregon's that was challenged and defeated as undemocratic and unconstitutional in a Federal Court of Justice.

ODA no have valid legal arguments to present in court against the majority of the unaccredited universities.

 

How do you know that? Are you a lawyer able to assess their arguments? Do you know what arguments they would use?

I dislike the Oregon list also, but dislike is one thing and wild speculation is quite another.
