Online Ph.D in Engineering Management (30 Credits)

It seems eventually American Ph.D. will follow the Commonwealth's one only requires a Dissertation.

It is pretty good and save time. You just need to do dissertation.

 

I'm confused. It looks like, even if you have a master's degree in engineering or a closely-related field, you still have to take the five core courses.

How come the dissertation total credits say 27-36 and 24-36 but 27 is the minimum?
