Hi, I am looking for a DBA or Phd in health care administration and I keep getting the usual schools University of Phoenix, Capella University and Walden University. I would like to know if there is any other schools that offer these types of programs or is this it. Any additional information would be great as I am seeking to enroll in a program for the fall. Thanks so much for your help.
Here are a couple of others to look at: http://www.waldenu.edu/Degree-Programs/Doctorate.htm http://www.sph.unc.edu/distance/distance_learning_39_896.html Neither is exactly what you asked for but I thought you might find them interesting.
Tulane University www.tulane.edu offers an Executive Doctor of Science in Health Systems Management www.sph.tulane.edu/hsm/pages/programs/ProgramsNew/scdNew.htm.
Good evening! If you would consider a Doctor of Health Administration degree, then perhaps you should look at Central Michigan University's DHA program. Information can be seen at http://www.cel.cmich.edu/dha/ on the web. Good luck in your search! [Disclosure: I earned my Master of Science in Administration at CMU.]
Good evening! It looks like you beat me to the punch, but I guess I'll add that their 63-hr. program costs $850/hr., or $53,550 in total program tuition and they are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association.
Northcentral University has the healthcare administration concentration in both the DBA and PhD programs. My experience there was overwhelmingly positive- although like anywhere you have to learn quickly about the expectations and perspective of your professor/mentor in each class. AAD MBA 2007, Northcentral University.
you can also look for more good universities which provides degree in Health Administration like Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences, National American University. I hope that would pretty helpful.
