Well, there had to be one suspect apple in the barrel. V2S2 College "campus" seems to be an office in the Shiv Tower in downtown Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. No website! the only artifact I unearthed was this blank form:

I don't know what the relationship, if any, with Vidyatilak College is - nothing mentioned on their site to indicate one. Or on Singhania University's. V2S2 looks bogus. Rest of schools on the "Distance" Portal are real, as I thought. Whether the "real" schools are in fact offering distance degrees not allowed - as advertised by the portal, I have no way of knowing. Move along, folks --- nothing more to see, here. Oh, you already did? 18 posts ago? Good for you!

IAO has to be the most prolific bogus accreditor I've ever seen. I believe it's "accredited" over 1,000 "schools."

V2S2's google+ profile says "Tie up with Indian & Foreign University to provide PhD, MPhil, M.Tech, MBA, All U.G. & P.G. Program" - so I assume it's another shill just like the original school we were talking about. There are thousands of such shills in India, so I won't bother.
The main issue with these kind of shills (I don't like to call them schools since they are not) is that not only they are illegal, lot of them provide fake degrees of some real schools, and there's no way to tell till you're duped. So in general, I'd stay away from any such entities.
