Non-credit Crime Analysis Certificate Online?

Does anyone know of an online crime analysis, crime mapping or crime intelligence certificate that is either non-credit or for credit but inexpensive?

 

I don't know if the following will be exactly what you are looking for, but its a start.

If you can't find anything cheap in crime mapping, you might as well start out with a GIS course to get the basics down. That should be easier to find.

IACA charges $395 per course for members and $445 per course for non-members. They offer webinars as cheap as $10 for members and non-members.

CHDS offers a free Intelligence in Homeland Security course, but I think you need to be employed by a relevant organization. I signed up using my work email address when I worked for a law enforcement agency.
