Does anyone know of an online crime analysis, crime mapping or crime intelligence certificate that is either non-credit or for credit but inexpensive?

If you can't find anything cheap in crime mapping, you might as well start out with a GIS course to get the basics down. That should be easier to find. IACA charges $395 per course for members and $445 per course for non-members. They offer webinars as cheap as $10 for members and non-members.
