    There’s a new Open Access edited scholarly book titled Academic Coaching in Modern Online Education. You can view or download in pdf at the link, and redistribute and modify with attribution under CC BY 4.0. Most chapter authors are from American universities; the editors are from Instructional Connections, an outsourced provider of online coaches and online teaching assistants.
