New document about apostilles and diplomas

I am pleased that the Hague Conference on Private International Law quotes extensively from my books . . . and delighted that something may be done to keep the 'bad guys' from using Apostilles to "prove" that their worthless diplomas are legitimate.

 

I noticed your name referenced in the footnotes of that document. The use of apostilles to diplomas has been on virtually every web site of diploma mills I have come across that are based outside the USofA.
