Where can I find a copy of Name It and Frame It? New Opportunities in Adult Education and How to Avoid Being Ripped Off by 'Christian' Degree Mills? I've been searching to no avail.

PM the author, he’s a member here, do a search for his last name and he’ll pop up.

Good luck. IIRC, it was self-published and went out-of-print a very long ago.

I would request Interlibrary Loan (ILL) from your local library. They can ship you a copy for one or two weeks depending on library policy: https://www.worldcat.org/title/name-it-frame-it/oclc/27784264

Once you have it, you can read it, and make your notes. I'm not sure of the legality of duplicating an out-of-print book, since the organization that held the copyright may itself be dissolved. But this would at least give you the material.

I asked for it at the institution I am enrolled in. Looks like they have access and noted that he wrote another book about TRACS (which I have also ordered). Thanks for your help.

Keep in mind that Steve Levicoff notes it is woefully out of date (perhaps more than 30 years). For that reason, I don't believe he sends out copies to anyone. It is an interesting read but don't expect currently relevant assessments.

I didn't include it in my literature review 20 years ago for that same reason.

What is the title/institution/year of your dissertation or is it in book form? I'd like to read it if relevant.

I bought a replacement copy a few years ago where I buy most books, at bookfinder.com.
