We're clearly not going to agree on this - and probably not on my opinion that what to be being done at ODA is clearly stupid ... something like the story of the Emperor's New Clothes.

I'm sure I can't be the only one to see this.

Let's take the case of California (Oregon's southern neighbour).

The BPPVE site tells us that it has oversight of 3,000 post-secondary institutes with 400,000 students. That's equivalent to 12.5% of the population of Oregon.

Yet just up the road from California (population 32m) is Oregon (population 3.2m) which according to ODA has decided that perfectly legitimate American (Californian) qualifications (for example a California Coast degree) are illegal for use in Oregon.

That implies an offence, punishment and criminal record.

Are they all mad up there in Oregon ?

Have they demolished any historic temples recently ?

Because that's what all this is starting to sound like.
