Master Entrepreneurism in Higher Ed

Anyone run across this degree. I think it is non-existent. The subject area is about marketing and developing degrees/certificates in higher ed. Change mag. devotes some articles to this subject-not the degree- in saving at risk degrees and promoting new revenue producing degrees.
