Very interesting. Is it possible that the ABA accreditation is for a paralegal program? If not, how does the ABA explain breaking their own rule?
No, they list it as an accredited LAW school, not paralegal program. Beats me why they made this exception. I also kind of wonder what standards they applied to arrive at their decision to accredit since their manual is designed for J.D. programs.
