Hopefully some of the listed universities will meet your needs (e.g., no leveling /prerequisite courses, along with transferring in your previously completed MBA courses).

P.S. It's good to hear that you've been released from ICU! :smokin:

If unsuccessful on the preliminary—student will purchase the online tutorial course from Ivy Software ($60/subject area).

Just a thought, I enrolled in the Chadron State MBA program and I found the LMS to be unmanageable. I was taking two courses at once. Assignments were posted in three different areas for each course. It was very difficult to find what you needed when you needed it.

By the end of my first week, I was in trouble. I had missed two assignments (one in each class) despite trying desperately to match up the assignments in the "assignment" area with the assignments on the syllabus.

That was in mid-2013. Maybe things changed. Maybe they improved. Maybe I'm just a complete tool and I couldn't figure out a system that was otherwise simple to use. I muscled through my two courses and transferred them to UMT (which doesn't help you since you want RA).

I am curious about City University of Seattle, personally, and will be looking into them as I consider my next educational step.
