    I'm not sure what route to take. I was enrolled at UMUC, but transferred due to the 12 week semester and having to go to campus to take final exams.

    So, I enrolled at the University of Phoenix, where I love the five week courses and no finals, but the tuition is so expensive. My employer is willing to pay for some (I had to beg since it's not job related), but to be honest, I don't get any of my financial aid money going here. I've read the negative comments about the school, but so far I like it.

    Now, I'm on the search for an affordable, 100% online CJ program. After reading this board, it's between Fort Hays, Bellevue and Columbia College of Missouri. Bellevue claims that you have to already be in the CJ field to be successful in their program. Is this true? I'm not in the CJ field but want to change careers.

    I'm so far into my credits that I can't afford to keep transfering so this next move will be it for me.

    Any advice on any of these schools mentioned? I'm really leaning towards Fort Hays because of the price. $112 an hour is amazing.

    There are several options available. Are you looking for a graduate or undergraduate program?

    I'm looking for an undergrade program. I also haven't met all of general education requirements if this matters.

    As Homer mentioned, Indiana State University has an excellent undergraduate program. Other options;

    University of Texas System - Bachelor's completion in Criminology & Criminal Justice.

    Roger Williams University - B.S. in Criminal Justice.

    Saint Joseph's College (Maine) - B.S. in Criminal Justice

    Thomas Edison State College - B.S. in Human Services w/concentration in Administration of Justice.

    Charter Oak State College - B.A. or B.S. in General Studies w/concentration in Criminal Justice.

    There are more, but I misplaced my list on my old computer, I'll try to retrieve it tonight. These should keep you busy for awhile anyway. :D

    Thanks Bruce,

    I'm leaving toward Bellevue since they did an unofficial transcript and they accepted all of my classes with the except of 2. I've heard positive things about the program and I will be able to graduate in two years.

    Bellevue is a solid school. Of the schools you've mentioned and those I listed, I'd give a slight edge to Indiana State & U of Texas based on name recognition (and ISU has a good reputation in the Criminal Justice field), if such things mean anything to you. If not, go with the program that fits your needs & budget the best.

    Good luck!
