Looking for an Ph.D. in leadership or criminal justice

Hello everyone,

I completed my M.S. in crime scene investigation and was looking at continuing on the complete a doctorate degree. By having a CSI degree, I feel that I am limited to possibly a Ph.D. in Leadership or criminal justice. I would like to teach later on once I retire from my current job. I found the University of Cumberlands for leadership and was seeing if anyone has any good options for colleges that offer doctoral degrees in leadership or criminal justice.
