Looking for an online college for an Information Systems degree

I was considering ACCIS, but I've heard some bad things about it. Phoenix Online is expensive and I'd like something cheaper and with full accreditation. I also don't understand regional and national accreditation. I would like to get a B.S. like I would get at a local university.

I'm fairly new to t his list as well, and up to now have just been lurking. I'm in the process of signing up with Baker College in Michigan, which has an on-line bachelor's degree program in Computer Information Sciences. Their website is http://www.baker.edu.

This institution has regional accreditation, is also a brick-and-mortar school, and is substantially cheaper than UoP.

There have been a few references to Baker in this list, and none that I found were really negative.

Does Baker offer a payment plan for tuition? Do any other good online colleges?
