Looking for an NCU dissertation and contact details for the author

Hello,

I am trying to get a hold of a dissertation written by Dr. Robert Murray of NCU. The dissertation was completed in October 2009 and is entitled "A Study Examining the Association between Airline Maintenance Outsourcing and Passengers' Perceptions."

I was able to read the first few pages online but couldn't find the rest. I would also like to exchange some ideas with Dr. Murray but a Google search surprisingly did not yield any useful contact information.

Does anyone have any ideas?
