I am looking for a graduate level financial management class where I do not have to be a degree seeking student. The school must be RA. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You don't need to be a student to take a graduate finance class at Northcentral:

    http://www.ncu.edu/university_information/dpro_spec.asp?degree_program_code=mba&dpro_id=19&dp_version_id=5&dpro_section_main_id=29

    or Touro

    or College for Financial Planning:

    or Salve Regina

I think you could start NCU at once, the others you'd have to wait until the next semester starts.
