With the success of my DL academic degrees, my wife wants to get her AA / BA in either one of two areas:
    - Family Life
    - Early Childhood education/development

One program she was interested was at BYU (http://ce.byu.edu/bgs/emphasis_req.cfm#fam_life), eventhough all the courses were available online through their Indept. Study/Online dept. except for the "capstone course", they would not let her take any of the course via online. She had to take them on campus...which makes it difficult from Florida.

If she took all these courses from BYU (via online), is there a program or school she can get her AA or BA in this area 100% Distance Learning?

    Or

IS there a D/L program that would meet her objective?

    Thanks.

I'm going to give a plug for the school I'm currently attending online: Thompson Education Direct. They offer an associates in Early Childhood Education. I'm taking their business management/marketing program, and I pay $35 a month. All courses are taken online. Check elsewhere on this board for my experience with ED so far.

While ED is DETC-accredited, their degree courses are ACE-evaluated, which makes transfering to an RA for a BA or BS much easier. I highly recommend ED.
