    Greetings All wise people,
I can across above school whilst searching for a PhD program. I have never heard of this school. I was told that fees for the PhD is US$33,000. paid in three instalment.
    https://www.lincoln.edu.my/
I found this via Nobel International Business School, https://nibs.edu.gh/
I have started my PhD program in Business Management with The University of Zambia, but I am not very happy with available specialization options, my cohort, it is " Management and International Business area. which I have nil interest hence I am looking at other options.
The fees for the PhD at Uni Zambia is US$12,000.
I have completed the Doctorial Quantitative Research Methods Module only.

    Suggestions/advice/recommendations please!
    Thank you

PS: Program is has to be fully online.

I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it, but I will say that for that much money you could earn a doctorate from the University of the Cumberlands, a regionally accredited university in the U.S., and do it online.

Does LUC have any entirely online PhD programs? From their website under Open Distance Learning, I only find several master-level programs there.
