    On Friday I got email with attached document.

    The document in Russian is the original from the
    GOVERNMENT OF ST. PETERSBURG
    COMMITTEE FOR SCIENCE AND HIGHER EDUCATION
    http://www.gov.spb.ru

    The original post of the translation matches the Russian version 99%.
    So this apears to be real.
    The revocation is temporary allowing time for actions to bring the institute in to complience, faliure to do this will result in full revocation.
    The license expires in Apr 2008.

    Thanks very much, Lerner. Considering the dubious source of the translation I posted, I am glad that you were able to check it out--and that it proved to be accurate.
