I like religious jokes, even at my day job.

Once, some quality management guy from a shitty supplier asked me what I think about his company.
    I simply replied: "Psalm 53:3".

I'm not sure how Acura that is.

Learning this sort of thing by blended learning sounds like an interesting challenge, but especially since there's a practicum I for one wouldn't make childish jokes about it. Doubly so in that the course is about instructional techniques and related knowledge, rather than martial arts moves themselves. Good luck in January!

Because it's not funny? It's hilarious.

Then I can only assume that you didn't read about the course, because this isn't like Daniel-san trying to learn karate from a magazine at the beginning of The Karate Kid; it's a course on instructional topics that people who are already experienced practitioners would want to know to improve their ability to teach others, such as how to work with students, first aid, how to describe things simply, etc. And again, it's blended learning, so it's not like there's no verification in person of what was learned.

My youngest now teaches martial arts at a dojo where I used to be a student, so I actually find it interesting how one might approach designing such a program.

In reality, there is so much more to learn about and know about regarding martial arts beyond the fighting itself. I was once a devotee of Jhoon Rhee's books. So much of Tae Kwon Do (and Tang Soo Do) is identical to what I studied--Shorin Ryu. But beyond the fighting (and forms) lies a philosophy and understanding.

I'm very sure there is much to be learned from such a program. But that doesn't mean it cannot be joked about. Judo is a sport. A sport. No one ever told a sports joke before?

Judo: The art of folding clothes...while people are still in them.

    See? Not so bad!

Another version says Jesus and His disciples traveled in one accord.

Water into wine. Walk on water. Raise the dead. Getting 13 dudes into a Honda seems pretty simple considering.
