Interesting Analysis of Future Higher Education

Singapore is a multiracial and multicultural country with ethnic Chinese (76.2% of the citizen population), Malays (15.0%), and ethnic Indians (7.4%). That is one of the reasons they use English so as not to favor any one group. I went there in the Army. It is a pressure cooker and they have declining birth rates because of it.
