    Characteristic British understatement

The Great Seal of the State of California is a school of "doubtful standing?" (PDF p. 80)

"Webster University (Atlanta)". Wonder what the scoop is here.

The legit Webster U has three campuses in GA, but none in Atlanta.

Bears Guide has a listing for a degree mill called Webster University (Georgia), page 285.

    Cheers,

What an odd list. They apparently recognize only three institutions in all of the United States and 4 or 5 more in all of Canada. And what has become of the dodgy Robert Kennedy College of Switzerland which they used to recognize, but it's not on this list

    Used to recognise?

Wales still claims to validate some programmes there.

    Has something changed (very) recently?

Well that's interesting. Why doesn't Kennedy appear on their list of OK schools then? Could it be a case of left hand not knowing what right hand is doing? On the other hand, a list that includes only three US schools as OK is perhaps not the most useful sort of thing.
