Independence University is closing

Yes, I think the caveat here is that in a "teach-out" you're guaranteed the right to finish your original program or one substantially similar, with I assume most if not all of your credits carrying over. In a transfer scenario, you're basically at the whim of these schools who might offer you admission and give you 15 credits even though you had earned over 100 credits at Independence.

 

CEHE is, allegedly, pressuring students to transfer.
