No books? So you had to read your assignments online?

I'm guessing this will be the case. It will add another $1500 to my total cost.

You get a cd-rom if I am not mistaken and you read it from there.

Vinipink - this is in regards to TUI?

Northcentral had a provision in the enrollment that you lock in the rate of your tuition if you pay that tuition in full, I was very lucky (I was grandfather) because for new students is a three years deal.

Thanks Randell. How difficult is admission? And, how long after you applied were you able to start classes?

    Kindly,

    That is correct.

Admissions was easy - have a undergraduate degree. I had all the pre-reqs (if there were any) for the program so it was easy. I applied on 2003 so I don't remember how long it took but I don't remember it being difficult or slow.

As Vinipink said - it all comes on a CD -ROM with stories and links to websites that have info. I prefer books because I often go back to them.

Got it. Thank you. I filled out an information request form, so I hope to hear back with more info soon.

Yes they are. I am thinking of taking a few courses from them also.

The MLS program at Fort Hays looks so good. The application process sucks though. It won't let me select grad school, and the MLS is not one of the options on the application...so I can't fill it out. :(

" If you are willing to take 6 credits (no more) per semester, you can get instate tuition rate. "

This is from an old post about the cost of fees for the MA at WNMU. Does anyone know if this is still the case?

I'm reeling from the increase at Excelsior for my grad classes. I can transfer in two more and am looking at WNMU. I'm in California, and I'm wondering if there is a discount for western state students. There used to be, but maybe only for undergrads? Any info much appreciated. Or maybe the 6 unit rule referred to above still applies?

The new deal is that you can pay 125% of in-state tuition.

Since the threads at the top now; why not update it with the current answer to this question?

I'd look towards Western Govn University if you are fast paced.
