When i was younger i did my first year in an Engineering Program in Monash University. Got frustrated and then switched into the Mass Communication Program. Did that for 2 years and then dropped out due to family obligations.

I will be sending my transcript to WES for evaluation but i am curious as to how well Australian Programs general translate into American Degree's.

Furthermore, once i send the evaluation to WES. Does Monash have to resend the transcripts to say Thomas Edison/Bellevue or will WES be forwarding the Transcripts with their recommendations.

I have worked with several engineers in the USA who earned their degrees in Australia and all were very competent. I doubt that you will have issues transferring credits to a US degree program.

I suggest that you consider the Excelsior College Liberal Studies BS degree - why? - because you can earn up to 59 semester units in professional studies (such as engineering and business). I transferred a whole bunch of engineering and math courses from the UK after they had been evaluated by ECE.

When you submit your Australian courses for evaluation include evidence of course length in hours and any other supporting information. My UK courses ran from September to June (or roughly twice as long as US courses).
