What were the topics of your two Indian degrees. And what is your career path. If you give us more information perhaps we can suggest some appropriate degrees for you.

What evaluation process did you go through?

What bachelor and masters have you taken in India? You may want to take similar especially if they are technical degrees. Such technical knowledge should be far more easier convertable to English.

You need to think about what type of job you want. This will help decide your program of study.

    Hi Kardeep,

No offense, but I would suggest that you begin by taking some English courses. Now, it could be that your spoken English is just fine (many Indians can speak English fluently), however, your written English could use some work.

Do you speak other languages besides English and Hindi? Perhaps you could work as a translator. The reason that I ask about other languages, is that I'm not sure how much demand there is for Hindi to English translators in the U.S. However, if you speak Arabic for example, you will have more translation work than you can handle.

If you attended a valid university in India, you should not have to take a bachelors degree again in the U.S. You may have your BSc(hons) and Masters degree evaluated by a degree evaluation service. Contact AACRAO for more details.

    Best of luck,
