I am already aware of the site that rates exams by difficult level. What I need to know is good hard honest opinions from others who have taken the exam. I have to take it this Friday and have tried studying for it, but I seem to be getting this overwhelming feeling that I will still not know enough for the test. Should I even worry about studying for this test sense I have extensive background in Psychology? Is it as easy as the analyzing & interpreting literature CLEP?

No--it's not as easy as Anal and Interp lit Clep. It requires more factual recall, including details and application of theories.

But isn't it a Pass/Fail exam?--not offered for grade equivalency?
If so, and if you have--as you say--extensive exposure to psych, if you just study the glossary of an ed psych textbook, you should do fine.

It was a relatively easy test for me. I reviewed two psych review texts and only covered the educational psychology sections. I spent about 2-3 hours studying and acheived what EC considers A level. I haven't tried the the Clep Lit. test so I can't compare it. As always Lawrie's site is dead on in its recommendations.

I thought that it was incredibly easy. If you have a background in psychology then you shouldn't worry about it. If you tried the sample questions in the guide, the exam really is that easy. I was actually somewhat disappointed at just how easy it was to get credit this way, considering that in my 28 credits (sh) of residential psych courses I'd never had a psych course nearly as easy as the two psych-related CLEP exams that I took.
