    Google recently held an online briefing with senior executives to announce upcoming AI-powered changes in Gmail, and the update is much bigger than most people expect.
    Two main new features stood out:
    Chat with your email (Q&A) — This feature acts like a personal assistant that instantly searches through all your emails and understands context. Instead of typing keywords, you can simply ask natural questions like “When is my doctor’s appointment?” or “How much did Danny offer us for the June project?” Gmail’s AI answers directly from your emails. Self-organizing inbox (AI Inbox) — The same assistant automatically organizes incoming mail, summarizing what’s urgent and what’s important (e.g., bills, personal messages). It saves time by prioritizing what needs attention first.Additional upcoming tools include:“Help Me Write” – lets Gmail compose or edit messages based on your context.“Polish” – improves tone and grammar automatically.The rollout started in the U.S.,
