    Hello!

If someone planned to get a so-called microcredential from futurelearn in the future, today might be a good day to enroll. On facebook, I got a message that read as following:

    "
On the 28th of September our most valuable Microcredentials will close their doors for an indefinite period. Act now, book your place and boost your career!
Courses created by leading universities -> Queen Mary University of London, Anglia Ruskin University, University of Kent and many more.
    Courses closing enrolment next week:
[IMG] International Marketing: Intercultural Communication Management
[IMG] Project Management: Human Resources and Leadership
[IMG] Understanding Consumer Behaviour: Customer Decision-Making and the Customer Journey
[IMG] Data Analytics For Decision Making
[IMG] Artificial Intelligence on Microsoft Azure: Machine Learning and Python Basics"

    Best regards,
    Mac Juli

It sounds like General Marketing Principle #2a - Creating a profitable shortage. Tell the customers the supply will be cut off and they'll rush in and stock up in panic.
Like toilet paper and paper towels at the beginning of the COVID lockdown.

In France, condoms and wine. Well, one has to set priorities in one's life, I guess.

Yeah, we all do - I just stocked up on Lightnin' Hopkins CDs.... and guitar strings, of course.
