    Marketing Teacher / College Instructor

Northern Virginia Community College continuously recruits qualified part-time faculty to teach in a broad range of transfer disciplines and career/technical disciplines.

NOVA has six campuses: Alexandria, Annandale, Loudoun, Manassas, Woodbridge, Medical Education Campus (in Springfield) and two centers: Reston and Arlington. Our needs vary from semester to semester depending on student enrollment. We will accept adjunct applications for any discipline on any campus at any time. Classes are offered during the day, evening and weekends.

TeachMarketing courses. Must be available to teach day, evening and/or weekend classes. Teach distance learning, hybrid, and traditional courses; serve as faculty advisor; serve on college committees; participate in curriculum development. Candidates applying for teaching positions are required to submit transcripts of all graduate coursework in order for applications to be considered complete.

Thank you for the post. This is a good opportunity for a Northern Virginia resident with DL degree who wants to break into the world of B & M professorship. Would've been nice if the vacancies are for DL courses. Still a good opportunity, especially in this economy, regardless. Again, thanks for the information.

Cyber, if you read the last paragraph they mention teaching distance learning as well. I'm not sure which positions they're currently filling but the way they word the ad it sounds like there could be several different teaching opportunities.
