Okay, here is the situation... I'm scheduled to take a course called "Communicating Effectively" at the 200-level starting October 31st with Ashford University. It's a 3-credit course. I passed a FEMA course called "Effective Communication" which was a 200-level course (242), a 1 credit course.

I know that people here have only reported successfully transferring FEMA credits to RA's after banking them with TESC, but the school I am with, Ashford University, is an extremely flexible RA that will even give you credit for Nationally accredited courses.

I was planning to only make transfer attempts of any of my FEMA course credits after I was done with them all and was able to bank them through TESC, but I think this is a course that I could use a FEMA credit for. Should I make an attempt?

What does it hurt to try? Send them all the documentation, and let them decide. I would send copies with the provision that you will send originals after they give their answer.

    Good luck!
