I believe that all of the "Big 3" schools will grant a second bachelor's degree for 30 semester hours of credit beyond the first degree. I'm wondering if it would be possible to complete all 30 hours solely through FEMA credits. More specifically, I wonder if it would be possible to complete TESC's BSHS in Emergency Disaster Management solely through FEMA credits. Any thoughts?

(By the way, for those who have no idea what I'm talking about, the Federal Emergency Management Agency offers free correspondence courses that some schools will accept for credit:

Hello, You may come close it being able to finish the degree. I would try and obtain a list of the courses that have been evaluated and how they are viewed. Many are considered upper level in an Applied Science degree. I will inquire as an alumni and see if I can get an answer. Hille

Hello again...I found my old list 3/16/01 for TESC. The following are considered in the 200 level or higher IS-3,IS-9,IS-15, IS-394. I am sure this list has been updated. Hille
