FBI thwarted a terrorist attack and arrested multiple subjects in Michigan

Perhaps, they are the same investigation? The first group talked about only one 20 year old. The second group has two 20 year old men but, does mention younger boys that weren't arrested. Regarding arrests, it was unclear to me that anyone was ever arrested in the first group of articles and kept in custody. The different articles about the first group were contradictory on this point.
