TESC sent me an email stating that Financial aid will not be awarded for
TECEP® examinations, Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) or e-Pack®. Gasp!

Does this mean the financial aid awarded by their institution or all grants, etc? I'm getting slightly discouraged as I'd hoped I'd be able to earn much of the degree using PLA.

    Suggestions?

Unless it's military aid, financial aid will only cover online and guided study courses. However, if you're on the Comprehensive Tuition Plan, TECEPs, PLAs, and e-Packs are included in the flat rate. As long as you take enough online and/or guided study courses to be awarded financial aid (at least 24 credits per year for a full award), you should be able to take those other things without any additional cost.

I've been told that TESC doesn't accept FEMA courses, so do I enroll in both schools or do all that I must do simultaneously? Suggestions?

You simply won't be able to use FEMA at TESC, running it through any other school won't work, they no longer accept it.

If you want to use FEMA Charter Oak is perhaps the last place that accepts it free of charge.
